How it works:
1. Find a Lower Price:
If you spot a lower price for an identical product (same brand, model, size, and color) on an eligible online store, let us know!
2. Submit a Price Match Request:
Email us at hey@rawlily.com with the link to the lower-priced offer. Be sure to include a screenshot showing the date and time of the lower price.
3. Receive a Discount Code:
Once we verify the price, we’ll provide you with a discount code to adjust the price in your cart before you check out.
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: The Best Price Guarantee applies to identical products in the same brand, model, size, color, and description. Excludes promotional vouchers, special discounts, and shipping costs.
- Geographic Limitations: This guarantee applies to online stores that deliver to Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Exclusions: Price matching does not apply to sale items, perishable goods, personalized products, items with a manufacturer’s warranty, or exclusive collaborations.
- Verification: Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order. Requests cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
