Here's how it works

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

  1. Contact Us - Start your return by emailing us at returns@rawlily.com.
  2. Receive Instructions - Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Ship It Back - Pack your item securely and send it back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item and it is non-refundable.
  4. Await Your Refund - After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Products that have been personalized or made to your specification
  • Products with a manufacturer's warranty
  • Exclusive collaborations
