At Raw Lily, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, no questions asked. Please note that some items are non-returnable, and certain products are final sale.

 

Eligibility for returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

How to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Start your return by emailing us at returns@rawlily.com.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address via email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack your item securely and send it back to us. Please note that you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  4. Await Your Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Products that have been personalized or made to your specification
  • Products with a manufacturer's warranty
  • Exclusive collaborations

Products that do not meet these criteria or are returned in non-sellable condition will be donated and no refund is offered.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
