Instructions:

1. Make sure both the bottle and your hands are clean.
2. Fill bottle with warm (not hot) water. Screw top on securely and extend nozzle firmly.
3. Sit comfortably on the toilet, leaning back slightly with legs open.
4. Hold the bottle upside down, pointing the angled neck towards the perineal area, and gently squeeze for targeted cleaning.
5. Gently pat the area dry with soft tissue. Avoid wiping to prevent irritation.
6. Empty and clean the bottle thoroughly after each use, following the provided cleaning instructions.

NOTE: When inverting the bottle, tilt slowly to avoid sudden movement. A small amount of water may overflow from the spout, which is normal.
